In accordance with the rules set by the EMVA Statutes, today, May 6th, 2025, all EMVA member entities received the formal invitation to attend the EMVA General Assembly 2025 taking place just before the opening of the annual EMVA Business Conference. 

The General Assembly 2025 is scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, starting at 3 pm. CEST, at the Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma in Rome, Italy.

Members not able to attend are entitled to transfer their voting rights to another member present at the General Assembly.
