EMVA Business Conference 2022 | Brussels
Karsten Roth wins EMVA Young Professional Award 2022

EMVA Business Conference 2023 will be held in Sevilla, Spain, celebrating the associations’ 20th anniversary.

Even suffering from several last minute Covid caused cancellations, more than 100 registered conference attendees plus accompanying persons met in Brussels for the 20th edition of EMVA’s annual highlight conference. Finally meeting again in a perfectly arranged setup was a great pleasure for ‘experienced’ conference attendees as well as for the first-timers.

Besides the professional keynotes opening and closing the conference, the high-calibre panel discussion on ‘Non-visible Imaging’ and of course the awarded work of a young professional are just some of the outstanding topics.

The EMVA Young Professional Award 2022 goes to Karsten Roth for his work ‘Towards Total Recall in Industrial Anomaly Detection‘.

The awardee was announced on 13 May during the conference and he had the opportunity to present his work as part of the regular conference program.
