DECEMBER 2022

Dear

Welcome to the EMVA newsletter! Each month it provides hands-on information on machine vision in Europe and the world. Find out about the latest projects of the EMVA, innovative products, what’s going on in the machine vision industry and interesting events.

Kind regards,
Thomas Lübkemeier
EMVA General Secretary

EMVA Season Greetings

The EMVA very successfully could continue its growth path in 2022 by passing the bench mark of 150 associated members. Also the new member entities represent the diversity of EMVA membership – from start-ups to global playing brands, manufacturer or re-seller, from Europe or abroad – and by this they are further strengthening network and cooperation within the association.

With the EMVA Business Conference in Brussels and the European Machine Vision Forum in Cork the EMVA could provide excellent platforms for networking and exchange after the previous years under pandemic regime.

And last but not least the Vision show in Stuttgart brought the whole Vision Tech industry together. EMVA’s well attended International Vision Night, in good tradition taking place the evening before the fair opened its doors, served as starting point for all the Vision show events and meetings. The EMVA organised booth on international machine vision standards again demonstrated the importance of internationally harmonised standardisation work.

Despite of the various challenges ahead, our industry based on innovative technolgy has many good opportunities to keep growing as well in the future.

2023 the EMVA celebrates its 20th anniversary. We would be excited to meet you and your colleagues at our EMVA event highlights throughout the next year.

The EMVA Board of Directors and the whole EMVA team wishes you and your family peaceful holidays and a prosperous New Year.

Winner will present at EMVA Business Conference
